1.8 The application reserves the right to update or amend its Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Users are advised to review these terms periodically.
1.9 All users must review the “User Obligations” and the “Privacy Policy” sections before using the application. Failure to do so is the sole responsibility of the user.
1.10 The application is authorized to verify the accuracy of the user’s details (e.g., name, commercial registration, national ID, bank account details, etc.).
1.11 Each request for early salary payment submitted by the user implies their agreement to the deduction of the requested amount from their upcoming payroll cycle.
1.12 If the user requests an early salary withdrawal during the same payroll cycle in which they resign or are terminated, the company will deduct the amount from their end-of-service benefits.
1.13 The user acknowledges that the service provided by JoodPlus complies with Islamic Sharia principles.
(2) User Obligations:
The user agrees and legally commits to the following:
2.1 Possess a valid national ID (for citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia) and provide all necessary documentation.
2.2 Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
2.3 Ensure all personal information provided is accurate and up to date.
2.4 Update personal information promptly in case of any changes.
2.5 Respond positively to all notifications or alerts received from the application.
2.6 Use the application only for its intended services and purposes.
2.7 Refrain from misusing the application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
2.8 Avoid actions that may harm the application, its management, owners, or users.
2.9 Maintain strict confidentiality of passwords and other sensitive details provided by the application.
2.10 Avoid attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or access the application’s source code.
2.11 Refrain from using the application’s information to create competing services or ventures.
